These Terms of Service govern your use of usstampsdeals.com and any purchase you make from US Stamps Deals. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. Who we are
US Stamps Deals is an independent retailer of genuine United States postage stamps, operating from 625 Avenue N, Brooklyn, NY 11230. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the United States Postal Service. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to place an order. We currently ship only to addresses within the United States.
3. Products and authenticity
Every stamp we sell is genuine, unused U.S. postage, valid at face value for U.S. mailing. Product listings state the issue year, format (sheet, booklet, or coil), and total stamp count. We verify each design against the official USPS issue record before it goes live. Images are representative of the design; minor variation in printed color between production runs is normal.
4. Pricing and promotions
All prices are in U.S. dollars. Sale prices apply while the promotion is active and may change without notice. The price charged is the price shown at checkout. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund it in full.
5. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send the shipping confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order for reasons including suspected fraud, reselling activity, pricing errors, or stock that is no longer available — in which case we issue a full refund.
6. Payment
We accept PayPal and the payment methods it offers at checkout. Payment is taken at the time of ordering. We do not store your full card details.
7. Shipping
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and shipped via USPS First-Class Package, typically arriving 3–5 business days after dispatch. Full details are on our Shipping Policy page.
8. Returns and refunds

9. Acceptable use
You agree not to use this site for unlawful purposes, to submit false order information, to attempt to interfere with the site’s security, or to scrape or copy product content for resale.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, US Stamps Deals is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or purchase of products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top reflects the current version, and continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
