At usstampsdeals.com, we strive to process and deliver your orders as quickly and transparently as possible. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping process.

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently only ship within the United States (domestic). International shipping is not available at this time. Thank you for your understanding.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Standard processing:​ 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday)
  • Orders are dispatched on business days only
  • Orders placed after 6:00 PM (ET)​ will be processed on the next working day
  • Orders placed on weekends​ will be dispatched the following Monday

Example:​ If you place an order on Saturday at 3:00 PM, it will ship on Monday.

3. When Will My Order Ship?

Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, we will process and ship it as quickly as possible. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information​ as soon as your order leaves our facility.

4. Shipping Method & Transit Time

  • Carrier:​ USPS First-Class Package
  • Transit time:​ approximately 3–5 business days​ after dispatch
  • Estimated total delivery:​ up to 15 business days​ (processing + transit, subject to carrier delays)

Please note: Transit times may be affected by weather, holidays, carrier backlogs, or other unforeseen circumstances.

5. What If Processing Takes Too Long?

If your order has not been processed or shipped within 10 business days, please contact our customer service team for verification. We will:

  1. Investigate and expedite your shipment
  2. Issue a $5 coupon​ as compensation for the delay

6. What If Transit Takes Too Long?

If your parcel has been in transit for more than 60 calendar days, please contact us immediately. We will:

  • Verify the tracking status with USPS
  • Arrange for re-delivery or a full refund, whichever you prefer

7. Lost Packages

While we are not liable​ for packages lost in transit, we will gladly assist you by contacting USPS on your behalf to help locate your parcel. To request assistance, email us at help@usstampsdeals.com.

8. Shipping Costs & Taxes

  • Shipping fee:​ Free on all orders over $10​ (otherwise a flat rate applies at checkout)
  • Customs duties:​ None — we do not ship internationally
  • Sales tax:​ Applicable consumption tax is the customer’s responsibility; the seller is not responsible for any tax charges
